Please find here a small recap of some important rules of Sheba:
Although Sheba is classified as a Mature Sim, we want the approach to be as PG as possible. This means:
* Open display of sexual orientated content is not alloewed. The renter will be informed and warned upon breaking this rule. If it happens again, a temporary ban of 24 hours will be applied. If again this happens, a permanent ban can be imposed, with loss of all ground and/or remaining rent.
The same rule above is applied on use of bad language.
* Griefers - immediate permanent ban.
* PRIM limit overload: You'll receive a warning allowing you 24 hours to solve the problem. After that period the Mercantile Management will by himself remove the overload. If the renter afterwards again overloads the limit, he'll receive a ban of 72 hour and in case of a shop a blocking of possible sales in his shop. Further transgressions will be punished by a permanent ban, with loss of all ground and/or remaining rent.
* TIER: Any late pay of tier (we allow a period in an infrequent base) will result in loss of land without possibility to regain property of it. In case of possible trouble to pay the tier, contact Monmakr Allen. A solution can always be discussed.
