Added features on Sheba

Hi,

A teleport system was installed for the SIM Sheba, allowing you to quickly jump to different spots.

The central base station is located in the convention buildings, and TPs are possible to the Old Center Mall, The Plaza, The Residential Area, and the Stage.

It is possible the further locations will be added.
